As we move into spring here in the northern hemisphere the number of daylight hours increases. It's a great thing to celebrate after so many hours of darkness daily, and as light is so important in photography I thought we'd celebrate by sharing some rays of sunlight images from 500px with you.

Get a sense of learning to see light by looking at images in monochrome, or black and white. It reduces photography to purely tones and shapes and helps eliminate distractions.
